1. Tiltrækning af det rette talent

Få indsigt i hvilket talent, som er nødvendigt for at opnå organisations- eller stillingsmålsætningen, som f.eks. nøglekompetencer, viden, eksamensbeviser og færdigheder.

2. Udvælgelse af det rette talent

Gå videre end den traditionelle vurdering af CV, erfaring og færdigheder: Få ligeledes indsigt i hvordan kandidaten vil klare sig i din specifikke organisation(skultur) og under din ledelse. Hvilke kompetencer har kandidtane, som er nemme at udvikle? Hvad giver kandidaten energi?

3.  Effektiv udvikling og positionering af talent (internt eller eksternt)

Kortlæg systematisk hvilke talenter du allerede har i din organisation og hvordan de eksisterende og nødvendige kompetencer effektivt kan udvikles. Hjælp medarbejdere med målrettet at udvikle de kompetencer, som er nødvendige i din organisation eller eksternt.
