  • Give utydelig og bred feedback i stedet for konkret og tydelig feedback.
  • Forvente at anvendelsen af 360° feedback direkte leder til forandring i adfærd.
  • Vennepolitik; "Jeg giver dig god feedback, hvis du også giver mig god feedback"

360° feedback tips:

  • Sørg altid for neutrale og trygge omgivelser og en god atmosfære for en feedback-samtale.
  • Nævn altid den positive feedback først.
  • Drøft punkterne, både de positive og de negative, som der er enighed om.
  • Fokuser især på punkter, som skal forbedres.
  • Lav en personlig udviklingsplan sammen med din medarbejder, så han eller hun ved hvad, der forventes.
